This is the actual supplement facts panel from the bottle. We put it here because it is the single most useful thing on this page — more useful than any description we could write.

Two things are worth noticing. First, every ingredient has a number next to it. Nothing sits inside a proprietary blend, which is the industry's standard way of listing eighteen impressive-sounding ingredients while concealing that seventeen of them are present in trace amounts. Second, the list is short. Five of the seven ingredients feed the same pathway, at 640 mg of combined amino acids per capsule.

All seven ingredients, explained

What each one is, and the role it plays in the formula.

Niacin (Vitamin B3)

An essential B vitamin your body uses to build NAD and NADP, the coenzymes that drive energy production inside every cell — including neurons. Niacin also contributes to normal psychological function and normal functioning of the nervous system.

7.5 mg NE

Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate)

Calcium ions are the signal that triggers neurotransmitter release at the synapse. This is a small supporting dose that complements a calcium-adequate diet rather than replacing it.

18 mg

L-Arginine (base)

A semi-essential amino acid and the direct substrate your body converts into nitric oxide, the molecule that signals blood vessels to relax and widen. Wider vessels support healthy circulation.

200 mg

L-Arginine AKG 2:1

L-arginine bound to alpha-ketoglutarate, a Krebs cycle intermediate. This pairing delivers arginine alongside a metabolic cofactor used in cellular energy production.

200 mg

L-Citrulline HCl

Citrulline is converted to arginine in the kidneys rather than being broken down in the gut, so it supports nitric oxide production over a longer window than arginine taken alone.

100 mg

L-Citrulline Malate

Citrulline paired with malic acid, another Krebs cycle intermediate. It supports the same nitric oxide pathway while contributing to normal energy metabolism.

100 mg

Beta Alanine

A non-essential amino acid and the rate-limiting precursor to carnosine, a dipeptide that acts as an intracellular buffer in muscle and nerve tissue.

40 mg

How the amino acids fit together

The four arginine and citrulline ingredients are not redundancy — they are two routes to the same destination, with different timing.

L-arginine is the direct substrate for nitric oxide synthase, the enzyme that produces nitric oxide. Taken orally, though, a substantial portion of arginine is broken down by the enzyme arginase in the gut wall and liver before it ever reaches circulation.

L-citrulline sidesteps that problem. It passes through the gut largely untouched and is converted to arginine in the kidneys, which is why citrulline is often the more efficient way to raise arginine levels over a longer window. Pairing the two means one ingredient arrives quickly and the other sustains.

The AKG and malate forms add a second dimension. Alpha-ketoglutarate and malic acid are both intermediates in the Krebs cycle, the process your cells use to generate energy. Delivering the amino acids attached to those molecules contributes those cofactors alongside them.

A note on honest expectations. These are the recognised biochemical roles of these ingredients. They describe what the compounds do in the body — they are not a promise about what you personally will experience, and they are not evidence that MemoHoney treats any condition.

What is not in the formula

  • No caffeine or other stimulants. No lift-then-crash, and no interference with sleep.
  • No proprietary blends. Every dose is disclosed.
  • No prescription compounds. MemoHoney is a dietary supplement, not a medicine.
  • No filler ingredient list. Seven ingredients, chosen for one mechanism.
